House of Hair with Dee Snider

Dee Snider's House of Hair, Sundays 10 'til Noon

Best known as the lead singer of the acclaimed rock band, Twisted Sister, Dee Snider is a radio personality, television host, author, screenplay writer, actor, a doting husband of 27 years, and the father of four children.  In radio, Dee hosts the nationally syndicated “House of Hair”.

Recently reunited with his original Twisted Sister mates, he keeps creating music, including “A Twisted Christmas”. With myriad appearances on VH-1, the network could easily be called DeeH-1. Beginning in 2004, VH-1 Classic signed Dee to be a host and face of the cable network. Among the many shows Dee has hosted for the network was 2005’s ‘Matzoh and Metal’, a show where Passover met Heavy Metal, and in 2004 VH-1 produced the special ‘Meet the Family’…an endearing look at Dee and his family. In 2005, Dee produced ‘Van Helsing’s Curse’, an eighteen piece rock orchestra that mixes everything from Black Sabbath to Beethoven. Written and narrated by Snider himself, Van Helsing’s Curse has been hailed by critics as the new soundtrack for Halloween.
